Role :
This is a full-time, on-site job as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of Mafcote, Inc.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and support, managing the CEO’s calendar and meetings, filing, typing letters, creating reports, organizing, etc…

  • Energetic, resilient and resourceful person able to work under pressure
  • At least 5 years experience in providing executive administrative support
  • Knowledge of office administrative procedures and practices
  • Ability to screen resumes and recommend good candidates for jobs posted
  • Ability to compare and make changes to contractual agreements, as required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Zoom, etc…

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:
– experience in executive support, calendar management, and administrative assistance.
Salary starting at 55,000 USD yearly with additional 401K plan and Health Insurance.

A Marketing Associate uses a wide range of people-skills and expertise about our products and how those products can serve customers and businesses. Some responsibilities of the Marketing Associate include:

  • Contacting potential customers management identifies to develop relationships and introduce them to FC Meyer Packaging and our capabilities.
  • Collaborating with sales and account teams to put together successful second calls.
